2 Questions we hear often! it is being renovated for 2 tenants who will be occupying it soon. (We don’t know the definition of “soon” but the future tenants are sure it is coming). Bank of the West will occupy the 1st floor. Spa on Par 3 will occupy all of the upper level. A lot of work as been put into this (almost) landmark building in HSB by Turrentine Properties, another excellent member of the HSBBA. We’ll have updates as the building and it’s occupants unfold. |
Economist Clearly Core The Fed is currently focusing on what is called super-core inflation, defined as overall CPI minus food and energy, goods, and housing. Food and energy are 11% of consumer spending, housing is 16%, and goods are 24%. Thus, super-core inflation includes 49% of overall consumer spending. It’s now important since it’s where Covid has had minimal inflationary impact and thus is suggestive of where inflation is likely headed. Why Belong to HSBBA?
